    The copyright for each song remains with LYRIQUESTER. While the songs are a collaborative effort between LYRIQUESTER and the participating residents, no party, including the residential home or individual contributors, will have the right to sell, distribute, or monetize the finished songs.

2. **Usage Rights**:

    LYRIQUESTER will not sell the songs or post them on public music streaming platforms. The songs may be featured in a private gallery accessible through our platform.
   - The activity director, on behalf of the residential home, may share the songs internally with residents and their families. However, these songs are intended for personal enjoyment and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

3. **Distribution and Sharing**:

    Songs can be shared with family members of the residents involved, provided that they understand the songs are for personal use only.
   - Sharing the songs on social media or other platforms in a manner that generates revenue or publicity for the individual or organization is prohibited.

4. **Monetization**:

    LYRIQUESTER is the sole entity receiving compensation for the creation of the songs. Any attempts to monetize the songs by other parties are not permitted.

By commissioning LYRIQUESTER to create your songs, you agree to the terms outlined above.

Our goal is to ensure the joy and creativity of the songs remain a cherished experience for all involved, without commercial exploitation.
